1. 概述 / Overview

Sillage 尊重并保护你的隐私。本政策说明我们如何处理你的信息，以及你对信息的控制方式。

Sillage respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your information and your control over it.

2. 本地优先与数据存储 / Local First & Data Storage

应用的核心数据（轨迹、行程、统计、设置等）仅保存在你的设备本地。我们不建立远程账户体系，也不会将你的数据集中存储在我们的服务器。

The core data of the app (tracks, journeys, statistics, settings, etc.) is stored locally on your device. We do not establish a remote account system, nor do we centrally store your data on our servers.

3. 我们处理的信息 / Information We Process

3.1 位置信息 / Location Information

• 前台定位：用于在地图上显示你的位置与路径。 Foreground Location: Used to display your location and path on the map.
• 后台定位：用于持续记录旅程轨迹（仅在你授权后启用）。 Background Location: Used to continuously record journey tracks (only enabled with your authorization).

3.2 行程记录 / Journey Records

• 航班、火车、酒店等行程信息。 Journey information such as flights, trains, hotels, etc.
• 由你手动录入或通过导入功能生成。 Manually entered by you or generated through the import function.

3.3 第三方服务与授权（可选） / Third-Party Services & Authorization (Optional)

为了提供更丰富的功能，你可以选择连接以下第三方服务。我们将通过标准 OAuth 等协议请求你的明确授权。由于我们采用本地优先原则，所有获取的授权令牌（Token）和相关数据均仅保存在你的设备本地，不会上传至我们的服务器。

To provide richer features, you may choose to connect the following third-party services. We will request your explicit authorization via standard protocols like OAuth. Following our local-first principle, all obtained authorization tokens and related data are stored exclusively on your device and will not be uploaded to our servers.

• Google / 邮箱导入：通过 OAuth 获取只读权限，仅用于在本地解析与旅程相关的邮件以生成行程记录。我们无法访问你的密码，不会存储或分享原始邮件，提取的数据仅保存在本地。 Google / Email Import: Requests read-only access via OAuth, solely used locally to parse journey-related emails to generate records. We cannot access your password, do not store or share original emails, and extracted data is saved locally.
• OneDrive：获取网盘访问权限，仅用于将应用的所有本地数据进行备份与恢复。你的备份直接从设备传输至你的个人网盘。 OneDrive: Requests cloud storage access, exclusively used to backup and restore your local data. Your backup is transmitted directly from your device to your personal cloud storage.
• Strava：获取运动数据读取权限，仅用于将轨迹导入至本地。我们不会修改你的 Strava 数据。 Strava: Requests read access to workout data, solely used to import tracks locally. We do not modify your Strava data.

3.4 通知 / Notifications

用于导入状态提醒或旅程记录相关提示。

Used for import status reminders or journey record-related alerts.

4. 数据共享与传输 / Data Sharing and Transmission

我们不会将你的个人数据共享或出售给任何第三方。仅在你主动启用云备份或第三方导入/同步时，相关数据才会与对应服务交互并存储在你的第三方账户中。

We do not share or sell your personal data to any third parties. Only when you actively enable cloud backup or third-party import/sync, will relevant data interact with the corresponding services and be stored in your third-party accounts.

当使用第三方服务（如 Google OAuth、OneDrive、Strava）时，数据的获取、存储与分享均遵循前述原则：所有交互直接发生在你的设备与第三方服务提供商之间，Sillage 应用作为客户端直接处理这些请求结果，不会作为中间人将其传输或存储至我们的服务器。

When using third-party services (such as Google OAuth, OneDrive, Strava), data acquisition, storage, and sharing comply with our aforementioned principles: all interactions occur directly between your device and the third-party providers. Sillage acts as a local client to process the results and does not intercept or transmit this information to our servers as a middleman.

地图服务可能会产生必要的网络请求（例如地图瓦片/POI 请求），这些请求由地图服务提供商处理。

Map services may generate necessary network requests (such as map tile/POI requests), which are processed by the map service providers.

5. 权限说明 / Permissions

• 定位权限：记录轨迹与行程起止。 Location Permission: To record tracks and journey start/end points.
• 后台定位：在应用不在前台时持续记录。 Background Location: To continuously record while the app is not in the foreground.
• 通知权限：用于提醒与导入状态。 Notification Permission: Used for reminders and import status.

你可以随时在系统设置中调整权限。

You can adjust permissions at any time in your system settings.

6. 数据安全与保护措施 / Data Security & Protection Measures

我们遵循最小权限原则。建议你开启设备锁屏与系统备份保护，以增强本地数据安全。所有本地数据均依赖于设备操作系统提供的加密机制进行保护。未经你的明确授权，我们绝不会将任何敏感数据上传至网络或第三方服务器。

We follow the principle of least privilege. We recommend enabling device screen lock and system backup protection to enhance local data security. All local data is protected by the encryption mechanisms provided by your device's operating system. Under no circumstances will any sensitive data be uploaded to networks or third-party servers without your explicit authorization.

7. 你的权利 / Your Rights

你可以随时在应用内删除数据、断开第三方连接或卸载应用以移除本地数据。

You can delete data within the app, disconnect third-party connections, or uninstall the app to remove local data at any time.
