Sillage adopts a local-first strategy, storing data on your device by default. You can backup your data to OneDrive through the "Backup & Restore" function in Settings.

Please ensure you have granted "Always Allow" location permission and use the app in open areas. If the problem persists, try restarting the app or your phone.

We support importing journeys from platforms like Umetrip and 12306, as well as parsing general journey confirmation emails. Please refer to the in-app import guide for details.
